Monthly Box terms

Each month you receive the box you chose, at its monthly price:

• The Six: six 8 oz bottles a month, $32 a month. Saves $4 a month against buying the same six bottles at $6 each.
• One a Week: four 16 oz bottles a month, $42 a month. Saves $6 a month against buying the same four bottles at $12 each.
• Two a Week: eight 16 oz bottles a month, $82 a month. Saves $14 a month against buying the same eight bottles at $12 each.

The flavours are all five in rotation, or a mix you choose. You can change them at any time; the next box follows the flavours in place on its charge date.

• Boston pickup: free. We arrange the pickup with you by phone.
• Boston local delivery: $10 a month. Boston addresses only. Delivered 1 to 3 business days after pressing.

We press on Tuesdays. Each month's box comes in two drops, two weeks apart: the first drop is pressed on the first Tuesday after the charge, and the second two weeks later. We deliver within Boston only; boxes are not shipped outside Boston yet.

You pay for the first month when you subscribe. After that the subscription renews automatically, and you are charged each month on the date you subscribed (or the last day of a shorter month) until you cancel.

Each charge is the monthly price of your box, plus Boston local delivery if you chose it, plus any sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your address and shown before you pay.

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We email you a reminder 7 days before every charge, with the amount and the date, and a receipt after every charge. Every one of these emails carries a link to skip a month, change flavours or cancel.

You can skip the next box at any time before its charge date. A skipped month has no box and no charge, and the month after it is charged as usual. You can undo a skip until that charge date.

You can cancel online at any time from the link in any Monthly Box email, or at redremedy.org/subscribe/manage. You can also cancel by email or phone using the details below.

Cancelling stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for: that box is still pressed and delivered, every drop of it, and a month already paid for is not refunded in part. Until that date you can change your mind and keep the subscription.

If a box arrives wrong or damaged, tell us and we will replace it or refund it.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries the card again over the following days and we email you a link to update it. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and you are not charged again.

If we change the price of your box or these terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next charge, with a link to cancel. Nothing changes for you before then.
